The home does no justice on the computer when I walked through the door I knew this was going to be a vacation to remember. ***** I want to tell you that your house is just beautiful. The entire group felt the same way that the up keep on the house is outstanding and the Mgmt group you are using is great. We called them on Saturday for a minor thing and they were there within 10 minutes. We would like to go back and do the trip again and 2 or 3 years and we absolutely would rent your house again.

***** We had a wonderful holiday in Florida, it was all we had hoped for and more, and this was in no small way due to the villa.
Although we were eleven in one house we had plenty to do, the pool of course was in use any time we were 'at home' and the games room was a bonus.

***** Thank you for your email. We had a lovely time in Florida although the nature of the holiday is a bit full on and we all need a few days rest now to recover. Your villa was ideal for our campaign to assault Orlando and the children really enjoyed all their experiences.
The villa was very comfortable and provided for all our needs although we hardly spent any time in it and did not have time for all the extras provided.

***** I want to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for the beautiful house and our time there. Everyone loved the house and we all had fun exploring it and deciding who was going to get which room. Everything was there that we needed.
It was great having laundry facilities right on the premises. The pool was greatly appreciated, especially after walking for 14 hours at Disney our first day. We were able to find all sorts of great shopping in between going to Disney and Sea World. Since this was our first trip to Florida it was everything we had hoped and more! Just seeing palm trees was a great thrill for us. The weather was sunny and hot every day but the first and last days. A little rain was needed to cool us down anyway. It was very nice to see pictures of you and your families (and what lovely families they are). I have always felt that dealing with you over someone at the front desk of a hotel was much more personal and you always answered my questions when I asked them.
Again, thank you for helping to make our Florida/Disney trip one of the best trips we have been on. We took some of your business cards that you had by the computer and will definitely pass them along to friends who have already asked us about the house.
Hoping maybe we will need another house in the future.

We all are home safe and sound and EXHAUSTED! We all had such a
fabulous week in Florida. It was a 13 hour bus ride home for us and the kids slept most of the way home! I cannot thank you enough for making their Senior Trip so memorable. The villas were beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had 25 students and 7 chaperones. We ended up heating one of the pools as the water was a bit chilly when we arrived. We made one phone call and the very next morning someone was there to turn on the heat for the pool. The location of the villas was perfect and we could not have asked for more better weather!
I will surely recommend your homes for next year's Senior Class and will forward your contact information to them right away. Thanks again for everything and if there is anything I can do to help promote your villas, please let me know

***** We wanted you to know that we would definitely choose to stay at your home the next time we visit Florida. The directions you gave us for Disney were excellent. The management staff was very helpful and quick to respond. The ice maker was not working when we first arrived. Management had someone over within the hour of my calling. Very friendly staff. The maintenance person came over to check it out and came back later to fix, but the icemaker had started back to working on its own.
We enjoyed every minute we stayed at your home and will most definitely tell our family and friends about it.

We then stopped at a service station and followed a taxi straight to the door, it worked for us.
