We found your villa to be just perfect for all our needs, with bedrooms all being of a good size, useful open plan living space, well equipt and great facilities.
I personally would also like to thank you for being so brilliant at communicating with me. Your promptness is second to none (no matter how trivial my questions) and it was this that encouraged me to make the booking with you in the first place as initially I was a little weary of booking a villa privately. ***** I am always hesitant to write excellent as there is always room for improvement. For us it was also the first time to rent a house. Therefore there are always things which are new (for example we did not manage to find out how to open the garage door ...;-) All furnishings were very well with attention to details for what is needed. Especially the ladies liked it. Nothing was redundant - just right! Big Compliment for that! Thank you very much for a really pleasant stay in your house from all of us!!!

***** We were in florida to celebrate my birthday. The house was well furnished and centrally located to all of the attractions in the area. My grand children enjoyed the pool and the pond in the evening was a nice way to relax. My family and friends left with wanting to make this an annual event. ***** We rented a home this summer for a youth World Series at Osceola County Park. Our team is on a tight budget and trying to supervise twelve 14 year old boys can always be a chore no matter how good they are. The Home fit the bill perfectly as we were able to share the cost. It actually was far less expensive than hotel rooms. With the home, we were also able to prepare meals at the house saving money and hassle of taking the boys out for dinner every night. The beauty however was the amenities available that keep the boys active when we weren't playing ball. Between the pool, table game room, and electronic game room they had all they need to stay occupied and happy. I would recommend to any ball team playing at Osceola, Disney or anywhere else in the area! Very smooth and efficient particularly given the tight schedule. Helping us find a 2nd home close was fantastic and over and above.

Overall, it was a wonderful option to a hotel and I cannot think of one thing we did not have that we needed from tape, to bottle openers, to kid themed dinnerware to the griddle for pancakes. ***** The villa was great! We especially appreciated the number of towels and beach towels you provided. The location was excellent! We enjoyed the privacy of having no back neighbors and the lake's wildlife provided us with lots of entertainment. (No alligators.) Trevor was wonderful, by the way. He put up with my phone calls politely and did not get overly upset when we accidently set off the alarm. The kitchen was very well supplied and the dishes were colorful and of good quality and the cutlery plentiful .... perfect for the Thanksgiving dinner which my nieces prepared. And there was enough seating for fourteen of us even though we used the dining room table just as a buffet. It is hard to measuure enthusiasm when part of it is mixed up with the fact of the family being together and part with the excitement of going to Disney parks and other attractions, but they really did enjoy the quality of life the villa provided. A general consensus was, "I'll remember this vacation for a long time!" We will recommend it to others.

***** I want to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for the beautiful house and our time there. Everyone loved the house and we all had fun exploring it and deciding who was going to get which room. Everything was there that we needed.
It was great having laundry facilities right on the premises. The pool was greatly appreciated, especially after walking for 14 hours at Disney our first day. We were able to find all sorts of great shopping in between going to Disney and Sea World. Since this was our first trip to Florida it was everything we had hoped and more! Just seeing palm trees was a great thrill for us. The weather was sunny and hot every day but the first and last days. A little rain was needed to cool us down anyway. It was very nice to see pictures of you and your families (and what lovely families they are). I have always felt that dealing with you over someone at the front desk of a hotel was much more personal and you always answered my questions when I asked them.
Again, thank you for helping to make our Florida/Disney trip one of the best trips we have been on. We took some of your business cards that you had by the computer and will definitely pass them along to friends who have already asked us about the house.
Hoping maybe we will need another house in the future.

We all are home safe and sound and EXHAUSTED! We all had such a
fabulous week in Florida. It was a 13 hour bus ride home for us and the kids slept most of the way home! I cannot thank you enough for making their Senior Trip so memorable. The villas were beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had 25 students and 7 chaperones. We ended up heating one of the pools as the water was a bit chilly when we arrived. We made one phone call and the very next morning someone was there to turn on the heat for the pool. The location of the villas was perfect and we could not have asked for more better weather!
I will surely recommend your homes for next year's Senior Class and will forward your contact information to them right away. Thanks again for everything and if there is anything I can do to help promote your villas, please let me know

The management staff was very helpful and quick to respond. The ice maker was not working when we first arrived. Management had someone over within the hour of my calling. Very friendly staff. The maintenance person came over to check it out and came back later to fix, but the icemaker had started back to working on its own.

My family and I agree that when we walked into your Villa there was no evidence that there had been any prior life forms staying there. That really baffled us because normally when you rent or lease a vacation home there are signs that someone else has stayed there before you and there wasn't. We had a great time of relaxation and rest there. seven adults and seven kids. We had plenty of room for every one without getting under foot.

We did of course get lost on the way and found that we were so very close to finding it but couldnt.
We then stopped at a service station and followed a taxi straight to the door, it worked for us.
The directions you gave were very good but it takes time to get used of the roads.
